High Voltage Lineman Staff Augmentation Services

The vendor required to provide high voltage lineman staff augmentation in the areas of distribution construction, troubleshooting, system damage repair, and other support services.
- Provide staff augmentation in the following areas:
•    Distribution construction,
•    Troubleshooting,
•    System damage repair,
•    Pole replacement and installation,
•    Circuit re-conducting,
•    Trenching,
•    Directional boring,
•    Duct bank installation,
•    Cable installation and replacement, and
•    Other support services as specified by department.
- Required resources
•    Resource requirements are measured in units or crews\staff persons.
•    One unit crew consists of a foreman, a lineman, a ground man and equipment.
•    The required resources are used as the standard for costing and work force calculations.
•    Other staff augmentation configurations will be addressed via line-item augmentation of a typical crew or person.
- Typical augmentation unit (overhead).
•    One foreman with personal protective equipment (must be journeyman lineman),
•    One lineman with personal protective equipment (must be journeyman lineman), and
•    One ground man or helper with personal protective equipment.
