Audit Assignment and Tracking System

The vendor is required to provide the audit assignment and tracking system for audit assignment and assign audits by auditor as well as track the progress and status of the audits.
-  The state desires the ability to track and schedule premium audits via a secure, centralized, and web-accessible software as a service (SaaS) solution.  
- Solution architecture documentation including:
•Cloud architecture showing fault tolerance, security, and isolation;
•All connectivity methods used for both client and application programming interfaces (API)s ;
•Details on management software for both state and contractor management of software environment;
•Complete software stack with descriptions of interactions; and
•Security methods and measures to protect solution and agency proprietary data.
- Any client software must run on currently supported Microsoft windows operating system;
- Any client software with web interface must support current version of Microsoft edge and chrome browsers;
- Any back end or server software must run on current version of windows server; and
- Any data required to be stored or configured within agency data storage must be file based or in oracle, server, or snowflake database systems.
- provide a disaster recovery plan.
- provide details on recovery time objective (RTO) and recovery point objective (RPO) for the contractor’s disaster recover solution.
- provide documentation on supporting daily exports of all business data from its solution to the state’s data warehouse, which is currently stored in the state AWS snowflake tenant.
- The offeror must provide a list of available system APIS accessible to the state.
- The contractor’s solution APIS utilized by the state must be implemented using restful web service stack.
- The offeror must describe how the solution provides secure connectivity via its interface.
- The contractor’s solution must execute and store all data in the continental states.
- The offeror must describe how the solution acts as an isolated tenant for the state’s operation.
- The contractor must provide separate test and production environments.
- The offeror must outline the process and timeline for system defect resolution.
