The vendor is required to provide, development and implementation of an automated tracking, scheduling and communication tool.
-System is to house agency policies in the system for audit assignment and assign audits by auditor as well as track the progress and status of the audits
-System must be able to generate audit notification letters to prospective audit candidates and audit instruction letters to selected employers; generate reports associated with audit findings, auditor production and production time; have the ability for audit reviewers to review the audit and assign audit back (if necessary) to the auditor and/or supervisor; upload actual audited payroll into the agency system, house the audit shell (worksheet) within the system and upload into the State’s Universal Document Services (UDS) system and Hyland OnBase when implemented; and finally, the system must have the ability to create an online audit process to allow employers to provide responses to audit related questions and update actual payroll with tax documents to complete an online audit.
-The system must have the ability to eventually allow employers to use an online platform for audit purposes.
-Obtain an already successfully functioning audit assignment and tracking system which must:
•Be able to generate audit notification letters to prospective audit candidates;
•Be able to provide audit instruction letters to selected employers;
•Generate reports associated with audit findings, auditor production, and production time;
•Have the ability for audit reviewers to review the audit and assign the audit back (if necessary) to the auditor/supervisor;
•Upload actual audited payroll into the bureau of workers’ compensation’s system
•House the audit shell (worksheet) within the system and upload into universal document services;
•Have the ability to create an online audit process to allow employers to provide responses to audit related questions; and
•Update actual payroll with tax documents.
