The vendor is required to provide festival place event ticketing solution for installation, support, development and enhancements of solutions should be performed on-site; if this is not possible, then remote access will be provided by county using one of our existing remote access solutions.
- The solution's website shall adhere to Web Certified Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Demonstrate how these guidelines are met using screen-shots.

- Demonstrate the solution's ability to customize the login and password requirements as needed.
- Demonstrate the solution's customizable user access controls and actions in each of the following areas, both for staff and for customers:
•user creation,
•user logins,
•user password self-resets, and
•Multi factor authentication."
- Demonstrate how the solution will log system and database changes or updates in an audit table or other accessible report. Proponents should show how users (County staff) will be able to view those changes or updates in the solution via reporting or other means.
- Demonstrate the solution's customizable role based access to system and database, allowing for segregation of actions and duties. Roles shall be assignable to end users.
- Demonstrate the solution's ability to provide onscreen error warnings and messages as applicable.
- The solution shall have the ability to add a Google Analytics 4 tracking code for connection to County's Google Analytics property.
- Demonstrate how the solution's website user experience will be fluid, mobile-responsive and compatible with modern browsers.
- Demonstrate the solution's dynamic fillable forms including drop-downs and context specific displays.
- The solution shall provide customers with the ability to request and purchase seats via web-based functionality (both desktop and mobile device). The web pages shall be responsive, regardless of a viewer's device. Provide details.
- Demonstrate the solution's ability to allow customers to select individual seats from an on-screen interactive seating chart, including accessible seating.
- Demonstrate the solution's ability to complete end-to-end transactions within five (5) minutes from the customer's selection, for all offered transaction types. Transaction types may include the following:
•in-person service;
•call-in (via phone) assisted; and
•Self-service online or via an APP."
- Demonstrate the solution's ability to reserve the customer's tickets once selected for fifteen (15) minutes (at a minimum) before cart timeout; Proponents should also demonstrate how County administrators will be able to edit the cart timeout allotment, based on operational needs.
- Demonstrate how the solution will provide all offered seating map configurations (such as cabaret, general administration, standard theatre, and special event); Proponents should also demonstrate how map configurations can be customized for different venues.
- The solution shall provide an all-inclusive database. Describe all customer and event information accessible to the County, including but not limited to reports and marketing programs. Demonstrate how County staff will access and run reports through the application. Describe any customizable report features.
- Demonstrate how the solution will allow County staff the ability to self-manage availability of tickets and put events on sale on the website.
- Demonstrate or describe the solution's ability to send mail or email blasts for marketing campaigns; describe the level of automation, personalization and how conversion-driven campaigns can be implemented.
- Demonstrate the solution's capability to provide notifications to customers through messages (both email and sms text), without the user needing to log into the system to receive notifications.
- Demonstrate the County's ability to change event details in ticketing service (self-service, not through service request).
