Learning management system

The vendor is required to provide learning management system (LMS) for online continuing education credit courses.
- System that include:
- Ability to set up two separate course workflows (aka branches)
• Preparatory courses with no restrictions on quizzes, timing, repetitions, and user authentication; no certification
• Regulatory courses with restrictions (as outlined below) on timing, duration, user authentication, certification, and other detailed reporting requirements
- Compatible across multiple platforms, incl. mobile
• Touch Net-ready shopping cart integration and payment processing
• Allow bulk course purchasing (one payment for multiple courses)
• Ability to limit access to preparatory courses after 6 months since purchase date: users must be automatically removed from the course once access expires & users can repurchase the course to regain access (as a self-service, without back-office/admin support)
• Searchable course catalog by state, category, or keywords
• Ability to assign/tag accepted courses for each state
• Ability to add multiple course codes for the same course; need to be searchable and reportable by all course codes
• Course preview/short box text field length of at least 180 characters
• Detailed course information section to include the ability to add picture, price, item number, long text description, number of credits, applicable states
• Collect applicator pesticide license number(s) during registration (up to 50 states)
