The vendor is required to provide strategic information management solution for all licensing, configuration services, technical expertise, and training services necessary to implement and deploy the asana.
- perform detailed solution architecture analysis and validate that the asana software is able to meet the approved business requirements.
- adhere to the SIMS project management plan.
- provide training material focused primarily on remote training (online training materials, recorded videos, etc.) and conduct training sessions as needed.
• End-user training for all applicable operations.
• Admin-specific training, including administration, and operations (user).
- Support the asana software as implemented (software as a service (SaaS) solution) to include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: application monitoring, software support (tier 2 support), application troubleshooting, change and release management for application fixes, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Provide and coordinate a flexible meeting schedule.
- Provide the network credentials and network access for the contractor to conduct work necessary for the configuration of the asana software.
- Strategic plan:
• Use templates to create, manage, track, and report on initiatives.
• Ability to exchange messages directly to users within the collaborative management tool software.
- All work will be conducted by the contractor using its own equipment, workspace, network, and internet access.
