The vendor is required to provide that electronic adjudication management system for administrative and judicial services to assist in resolving disputes that arise in connection with claims for workers' compensation benefits.

• Provide a scalable and extensible solution built on a modern platform as a service architecture for all internal and external stakeholders, providing transparency on the status of cases, reducing manual processing, opening up new channels for service and improving submission and access processes.
• Provide improved reporting, more efficiently processing cases while reducing the risk of error through automation.
• Provide improved security of data, better audit and traceability capabilities, and improved reporting for better transparency.
• Cost-effective migration from the current to the future state.
• Provide improved user-friendliness and flexibility to meet changing business needs, ease of updating services, streamlined deployment, and responding timely to changes in regulations
