The Vendor is required to provide the data platform automation tool, services, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth implementation and integration, minimal disruption to operations, and ongoing training and support to staff.
- Ability to connect to sources like SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, PeopleSoft, and CSV files etc.
- Automate Data validation testing between multiple data sources and target repositories on Snowflake
- Automate Data validation testing within various repositories within Snowflake
- Automate counts comparison across multiple source and target databases with all transformations, filter conditions and joins
- Automate table grain validation based on business rules
- Ability to perform unstructured data validation (pdfs, images etc.)
- Ability to do data profiling checks on source system tables and snowflake tables
- Ability to have test management capability to create test plan and test cases and test scripts.
- Automate table structure validation between sources to target systems
- Automate data validation for historical and incremental data loads
- Ability to do data pipeline performance testing in Snowflake
- Ability to generate data quality scores across various dimensions (e.g. completeness, accuracy)
- Ability to monitor and generate alerts for data quality based on defined rules (out of box + custom)
- Ease of migrating test cases, and test scripts between dev, test, uat, prod environments
- Ability to keep the tool up to date with new features across future versions.
