2. Creates an environment where all employees can work remotely when required.
3. Provides greater ease of use to city residents engaging in municipal services.
4. Leverages latest cloud / hosted technology that’s continuously updated with new features.
5. Puts support in the hands of the service provider, freeing up city staff for projects that directly improve it service and function.
6. Substantially improves response times on service issues.
