The vendor is required to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) asset management replacement software included by:
• HR functions (employee master data, state payroll, compensation, benefits, and learning management functions);
• Financials (general ledger, accounts payables/receivables, expenses, fixed asset, and tax);
• Procurement functions (order mgmt., inventory, service parts planning, purchasing); and
• Projects.
- Other applications include:
• Oracle business intelligence (bi) reporting platform;
• City asset wise asset management software (“asset wise”);
• City works on premise and city works online;
• Workday adaptive budgeting;
• Jobsite recruitment platform;
• ADP payroll system;
• Performance management system;
• Enablon HSE software;
• GeoFIT field services application; and
• Moodle learning management system
- Performance management system is a custom-built application used within agency to track employee performance and development activities.
