Virtual Job Fair Platform

The vendor is required to provide procure access to a web-based solution for virtual job fair and recruitment services.
- Oversees services in housing, employment, and public financial assistance for low-income city residents by partnering with federal, state, local, and community organizations; the division has approximately 140 employees with an annual budget of over $40 million.
- City employment center – which assists individuals and employers with workforce needs; the city employment center is comprised of county and non-county staff.
- All staff will have access to the virtual job fair system.
2. Community assistance bureau - which responds to needs of newly arrived immigrants and low-income clients through a social work unit, 5 satellite centers, and a volunteerism program.
3. Customer service center – which is the “no wrong door” point of entry for most division services.
4. Housing assistance bureau – which assists homeless population, individuals with emergency housing needs, both short/long term and contains the section 8 program and
5. Public assistance bureau - which administers medicaid, temporary assistance for needed families (TANF), and supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) programs.
- The web-based solution physical job fair event, which includes:  
• Job announcement promotion
• Job seeker resume submission
• Ability for job seekers and employers to virtually communicate with each other (to include text and video chats)
• Ability to download and upload resumes and applications
- The contractor is responsible for the hosting, operation, and maintenance of the solution.
- Provide customer service and technical support to county; technical support must be available Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST.
- The solution must allow for unlimited hosting of virtual job fair events for an unlimited number of job seekers and employers; each event must be live for a minimum of 12 hours.
- The solution must be able to support large virtual job fair events consisting of 100+ employers and 1,000+ job seekers without the system crashing.
