The vendor is required to provide eProcurement online platform for digital ability to coordinate, scoring and reporting for state procurement team.
- Provide an explanation of the user support and maintenance model (including warranty period) for providing ongoing technical support, system maintenance and monitoring, and updates.
- Specify uptime and availability and how the solution can align with business operations, and assurance that the solution’s capability to maintain operational availability within the defined windows.
- Specify how software updates are being conducted and supported, including security updates and software patches.
- Explain approach to how ongoing system enhancements (both self-serve and through the vendor) are managed and costed after the system has been implemented.
- Provide the fixed hourly rate for each role, and the effort estimate (hours) that were used in calculating the cost for Services.
- Provide details on your licensing pricing model, including details of any scalable or variable pricing and volume / usage-based pricing tiers.
- Please provide a breakdown of proposed ongoing license types and counts.
- Outline the degree to which your organization will analyze, refine, or change processes to align with the features and capabilities of the solution.
