The vendor is required to provide that surveillance and door access systems grown into one of most prominent companies, generating millions of dollars annually.
1. Avigilon hardware
• Supply of current avigilon cameras, network video recorders, network security workstations, all associated peripherals, and other Avigilon hardware to support ongoing and future business requirements.
• Supply loaner and test equipment as required.
2. Other hardware
• Supply additional hardware, cables and peripherals that will enhance or support the avigilon software and hardware solution.
3. Design, architecture, and business relationship services
• Provide expertise to design and architect, new solutions, re-engineer existing solution, troubleshoot performance issues, and supply detailed reports and metrics to support ongoing system stability and efficiency.
• Provide a qualified, avigilon trained, resources to meet, at minimum, quarterly and gather ongoing technical and business requirements.
• The objective is to ensure all authority functional and non-functional operational requirements are clearly understood in support of continual hardware, software, and integration requirements.
• Service call statistics, discuss operational service efficiency, and support short- and long-term technology/capability roadmaps.
4. Reporting
• Provide detailed monthly billing reports that cover all ongoing/project billable hours delineated by location
• Provide a qualified business relationship manager to meet monthly and review ongoing service call statistics, discuss operational service efficiency, and support short- and long-term technology/capability roadmaps.
5. Service and support
• Provide onsite service and support of avigilon cameras, avigilon software, network video recorders, network security workstations, and all associated peripherals.
• Provide remote service and support of avigilon cameras, Avigilon software, network video recorders, network security workstations, and all associated peripherals.
• Provide preventative maintenance of avigilon cameras, Avigilon software, network video recorders, network security workstations, and all associated peripherals.
• Provide RMA ownership and coordination of all partner/manufacturer process for existing and new authority procured avigilon devices.
• Equipment that may have been purchased from other avigilon partners and/or suppliers.
• Provide optional hardware, data removal, and destruction services with associated destruction certification.
• Provide optional remote monitoring and remediation services.
• Any replacement equipment shall be avigilon and shall be compatible with the existing system.
• Equipment shall include cameras, any mounting equipment if existing is not used, communications equipment, upgrades to software and computer equipment, and all other devices and/or equipment necessary to make any new installation or replacements fully operational as determined by the service level agreement.
