The vendor is required to provide district staff on an as needed basis in processes needed to complete school medical administrative activities (SMAA) / random moment time survey (RMTS) invoices and the cost reconciliation comparison schedule (CRCS) report, as well as monitoring these documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Department approved software and consultation services for the continued and successful operation of the RMTS methodology.
- System must be able to establish data interfaces, data sources, and data recipients with internal and external sources.
- Overall system and program management activities related to the proposed system; this includes but are not limited to:
• Technical and application support.
• Training, training documentation (job aids, videos) and demonstration of all enhancements to the business owner team.
• All bugs, features, tasks, and enhancements must be signed off by business users before rollout.
• Database administration (DBA), operating system (OS), and application support services.
• Monitor and remediate all system notifications, critical and urgent security vulnerabilities within 30 days of discovery, and alerts.
• All activities related to infrastructure support, including the support and upgrade of services and related hardware and software.
• Performance tuning and stress testing to measure and evaluate current performance and provide guidance on what is needed based on service level requirements; including but not limited to:
1. Distributed stress testing
2. Transactional stress testing
3. Systemic stress testing
4. Exploratory stress testing
• Perform database refresh and sync of all environments (applications and database servers) on an as-needed basis.
- Manage and monitor daily batch jobs and process that are both received and sent from the system.
