The vendor is required to provide to procure, install, and integrate detect-and-avoid (DAA) systems, including radar and other related integrated or standalone sensing platforms, along with the necessary software / data services and expertise in standing up UAS / AAM test site locations.

- Hardware
• Hardware includes all the physical components necessary for the radar system to operate, from the radar units themselves to servers, networking devices, and sensors.
• Radar antennas and signal processing units
• Peripheral sensors for detect-and-avoid functionality
• Data processing hardware (e.g., high-performance computing servers)
• Communication and networking devices (e.g., routers, switches)
• Cabling, connectors, and mounting equipment
• Ads-b receivers
• Optical (camera) sensors
• Remote id receivers and/or broadcast modules
• Weather sensors
• C2 link technologies (c-band, Satcom, LTE, ism,)
• Counter UAS detection technologies/systems
• Other to be developed technologies approved by the FAA (future g, laser, quantum rf, or others)

• Software refers to the applications, algorithms, and operating systems required to run radar hardware, process radar data, and enable detect-and-avoid features.
• Signal processing and radar, or other system, data analysis software
• Detect-and-avoid algorithms for real-time collision avoidance
• User interfaces for monitoring, control, and diagnostics
• Data management applications
• Security and compliance software for data protection
- Data storage
• Data storage encompasses the systems used to securely retain radar data, including detection records, processing logs, and maintenance records.

- Consulting services
• Expertise, knowledge, and information provided in the form of professional services to assist the state of state with setting up the previously mentioned hardware, software, and data storage items.
