• A user interface and portal which is easy to learn and use for both city employees and requesters
• Robust workflow to manage high number of requests seamlessly
• Compliance with criminal justice information services (CJIS) security policy, health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPAA), and payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS).
