• Email creation and distribution – Modern, fully-branded emails created from custom templates; sent effectively to lists managed internally by the tool, or coming from a set of external data sources, like black baud or people soft; subscription and interest/affinity management with granular opt-in/opt-out functions.
• Marketing automation, including event campaigns – Automation flows that are easy to set up from a template, for a wide user-base of non-technical users; automation features helpful for event campaigns, like capping registration and gathering event-specific information.
• Integrations with event tools in use, like live whale and zoom, help people running events cut down on complexity and workload.
• Data management with integration options – Standardized, automated flows of data for eMarketing purposes from other tools like black baud or people soft; integrated data scoring and subscribe/unsubscribe functions; ability to manage lists independently from integrated systems, for areas without an integration; full features to ensure compliance with privacy and data standards such as CASL.
• Straight forward user experience and support – A tool designed for seamless operation by all users, from beginners to advanced; on-demand resources to help occasional users regain proficiency; available assistance to support our internal user base.
• Reporting – Consistency, ease-of-use, and fit-for-use reports that increase a sense of wide visibility across eMarketing activities.
