The vendor is required to provide to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of administration, support and training for the kinship financial system for the department of social services.
- The successful offeror shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to the provision and performance by the successful offeror of the work and services that are the subject of the contract.
- Provide daily troubleshooting and support through the system's troubleshooting system and with microsoft tools including outlook for e-mails and teams messaging and meetings;
- Provide training to system users both individually and in group settings as needed; develop training guides and tools as requested;
- Perform critical administration including system repairs; monitor and test upcoming updates to either implement or suppress changes to maintain the functionality and accuracy of the system;
- Conduct weekly meetings with department users to discuss implemented actions, needs of users, and any pending system updates or changes.
