The Vendor is required to provide a system and related services for reporting patient safety events, and which can also be used for managing and handling grievances and claims (collectively referred to as event reporting system (ERS).
- Accreditation/regulatory compliance module of your system.
- System includes features that promote a safe and just culture and promote prompt peer support.
- System collects patient demographics, embeds equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism in event analysis.
- The different modules of your system are integrated; and
- Provide a one page diagram showing how data flows.
- Report building feature and provide a sample of your three (3) most commonly used dashboards.
- Event reporting module provides feedback to the front-line reporter.
- System supports communication and resolution programs (CRP).
