Miscellaneous Educational Software

The vendor is required to provide for miscellaneous educational software.
- Agency intends to establish contracts for a broad range of software to be used in K-12 educational settings, including but not limited to classroom instruction, school libraries, tutoring, and distance learning. Proposed solutions may fall within or more of the following categories:
• Assistive Technology
• Accessibility Software
• Instructional Software
• Artificial Intelligence
• Other.
- Solutions must be age appropriate for students in grade levels kindergarten – 12 and will provide content, tools and features that align with the developmental and educational needs of pupils in that age group.
- Solutions should be ADA compliant and accessible for users with disabilities.
- Solutions should include data management and reporting functionalities, allowing for the import and management of student data, as well as data export capabilities to generate customizable reports.
- Online product access must be provided by one or more of the following access methods:
• IP address authentication
• Unique user URL
• User name or Password (UN/PW) authentication
• Single Sign on (SSO).
- Provide documentation of fingerprinting clearance for all staff who will be performing services onsite at times and locations where students may be present.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
