Campaign Finance Software Solution

The vendor is required to provide from firms that are interested in providing information for a campaign finance software solution.
- The project needs to meet the following requirements:
• It needs to be a standalone website.
• It needs to allow for third party organizations to upload data reports to the website.
• The data reports will need to upload multiple fields.
• The data reports will need to allow for bulk uploading from a spreadsheet.
• It needs to allow for county staff to review the data reports.
• It needs to allow for the user to assign the reports to different categories, such as “processed”, “needs review”, “out of compliance”, etc.
• It needs to allow for county staff to assign a matching amount to each donation received by candidates.
• It needs to be password protected, so that only county staff and the third-party organizations can access the data.
• It needs to allow for users to download a spreadsheet of the data.
• The user should be able to adjust multiple filters for the data that is to be downloaded.
• It needs to automatically compare the reported data to a list of residents that is uploaded to the website, and note if the data matches items from that list.
• A second-tier requirement is that the website has a section of it that is available to the public.
and that section should include charts and maps that aggregate the data for the public to review.
