- This project will require thirty‐two (32) standard 3d stereo video sensors and three (3) wide‐angle 3d stereo video sensor.
- Twelve (12) sensor locations will require the use of an adjustable mounting arm.
- Likewise, at least eight (8) sensors should be able to be combined to provide larger‐area monitoring
- The hardware portion of this procurement is intended to be a one‐time purchase, but the TSC is seeking proposals that contain a minimum five‐year warranty on all hardware as well as annual cloud‐based hosting services for data collection and storage.
- Solution should be able to provide real‐time occupancy monitoring and guarantee and accuracy threshold of 97% or greater.
- Solution must be able to be installed by customer with or without remote configuration so bid should not include installation charges.
- The university ‐Tate student center desires to implement and begin using this new solution by May 2025.
