The vendor is required to provide from vendors that can furnish a commercial off the shelf software solution designed to assess and evaluate curricular competencies for students in the associate degree in applied science (AAS), nursing program, and provide preparation for the national licensing exam for registered nurses (national council licensure examination, commonly referred to as NCLEX).
- Access to the solution shall be provided on a continuous basis over the term of the cohort, and the contractor shall provide a firm fixed price for each student in the specified cohort, which shall be paid in four tranches, at the start of each semester over the course of the two-year program.
- The conclusion of the spring 2030 semester, unless the parties shall have entered into a signed written amendment to this contract in accordance with all applicable college and state approval requirements.
- Provide the services following the spring 2030 semester, and if so, such actions shall not be deemed a breach of this contract and the contractor shall be permitted to submit a proposal under such future solicitation.
- Provide the services described herein, contractor shall take all necessary efforts to transfer students in an existing cohort to the successor contractor with minimal disruption to the students’ studies.
- Provide a solution as stated above, the college shall evaluate proposals to determine the proposal that provides the best value to the college in accordance with the scoring criteria set forth in part 6 of this RFP, and enter into contract with the selected vendor to: (a) furnish a software solution that complies with the requirements stated herein on a per-seat basis for each student enrolled in a cohort; (b) provide any requisite initial onboarding and provisioning of the software solution, and ongoing technical support, on an as-needed basis; and (c) provide training on the system, if requested by agency.
- Furthermore, all such “click-through,” “click-wrap,” and all other electronically presented or posted end user license agreements or other similar terms and conditions shall be void except to the extent included in contractor’s proposal in accordance.
