The Vendor is required to provide the display feed for the commission’s identified and owned digital displays through a cloud-based content management system (CMS).
- In the event of downtime exceeding 0.1%, the agency will be eligible for a prorated service credit based on the duration of the outage.
- Service tickets must be acknowledged within one hour, with measurable steps toward resolution within 24 hrs.
- In the event of time to resolution exceeds 24 hours, the agency will be eligible to a prorated service credit if the lack of resolution resulted in any downtime of devices or functionality.
- Content Management System (CMS) services and minimum requirements:
• Provide the display feed for agency identified and owned digital displays though a web-based content management system (CMS).
• Scheduling of content by location, date and time
• Multiple discrete channels of content
• The ability to author content directly within the system, or accept agency supplied content for display in common formats, the minimum being pdf, png or ppt.
• Management of a calendar function
• Integration with agency social media accounts, news feeds from national media and special features such as quotes.
