Reading Management and Monitoring Site License Platform

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based or research backed online program/platform that offers teachers and administrators a clear view of student’s knowledge and growth throughout the school year.
- The service must include
• the platform must align with the agency adopted curriculum in order to meet the requirements of the agency curriculum alignment document (CAD) and the state college and career ready standards
• The platform must measure student learning and inform instruction with reliable data.
• Assessments provided would need to be used for progress monitoring and goal setting.
• The platform must improve student outcomes and allow data-based decision making.
• The platform must accelerate growth and allow students to build on individual skills needed for success.
• The platform must strengthen MTSS interventions and assist with targeting supports to student's individual needs.
• The platform must cover the fundamentals of reading, literary text, informational text, writing, communication, and inquiry (ELA).
• It must support reading by connecting assessment with instruction and practice.  
• The online platform must support agency priorities including providing data and information to personalize and scaffold learning for students of different abilities and help illuminate and close knowledge gaps.
• The program must be customizable to best meet the needs of individual teachers, teams of educators, and school administrative teams.
• Platform must offer professional learning services to schools/educators on an as needed basis.
• Platform must be compatible with agency operated student chrome books, technology criteria, and google workspace for education.
• As a web-based platform, services must be easily scalable to support all elementary, middle, high schools district-wide.
• The platform must help create a culture of reading by encouraging students of all ages and abilities to read more.
