Automated Voice Dispatching

The vendor is required to for provide voice dispatch and toning solution to interface with their current computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system and current radio system.
- The current CAD system is Tyler technologies enterprise CAD.
- County communications currently use Motorola mcc7500 and mcc7500e to alert responders over a trunked 800mhz radio system and vhf paging system.
- County communications require a turnkey, internet protocol (IP) based alerting system that, through the CAD interface, should be able to activate the alerting without dispatcher intervention
- The system may utilize an existing mcc7500e dispatch console for interfacing with the radio system
- The system should include an option to interface with existing station alerting systems used by the hays fire department and capable of future expansion to an additional 10 stations.
