Property Tax Administrative System

The vendor is required to provide from interested suppliers with experience providing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) property tax administrative software.
- Property tax administrative system including: a statewide oversight and compliance management system, computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) software, assessor property administration (including personal property) and tax billing and collections software.  
- Future goals and outcomes
• Increase uniformity in tax administration among counties.
• Eliminate old obsolete technology and software.
• Improve data management and reporting capability at the state level.
• Simplify administration and training by adopting and maintaining one system.
• Ensure the use of modern system architecture and best industry practices by requiring provider system support and updates
