The vendor is required to provide for the supply and installation of an integrated VoIP telephone system, two-way intercom, and school bell system across its facilities. the system must be a hosted direct port VoIP phone system.
- This project is to equip each of the agency 14 schools with a fully integrated communication system that supports:
• Internal and external telephone communication
• Message broadcasting via a two-way intercom system
• Management of school bells
- The system must ensure a minimum of three (3) hours of service continuity in the event of a power outage, supported by an appropriate backup power solution.

• 20 VoIP classroom phones
• 2 advanced-feature desk phones (e.g., with additional programmable keys)
• 18 hallway speakers
• 2 horn speakers for the gymnasium
• 4 lines with option to expand for our community partners.
2. School #2
• 34 VoIP classroom phones
• 2 advanced-feature desk phones
• 6 phones must be configured with separate numbers, as they are in a distinct office area
• 36 hallway speakers
• 4 horn speakers for the gymnasium and workshop
• 4 lines with option to expand for our community partners.
3. School #3
• 36 VoIP classroom phones
• 2 advanced-feature desk phones
• 45 hallway speakers
• 5 horn speakers for the gymnasium, auditorium, and workshop
• 4 lines with option to expand for our community partners.
