The Vendor is required to provide a platform to help agency manage transfer information efficiently and support students through the transfer process.
- A platform that can provide:
• Course descriptions of all state institutions with search ability
• Course catalogs of state institutions
• Create and manage course equivalencies
• Ability to propose equivalencies for approval
• Ability for users to change proposed equivalencies
• Show our courses to create matches
• Ability to add both public and private notes to equivalencies
• Workflow between RO and department chairs
• Tracking of past & current evals and approvals/denials
• Ability to add descriptions/courses if not existing in database of equivalencies
• Open to students/staff
• User role controls
• Ability to send emails
• Web API
• Customizable public display
• Reporting of created equivalencies/usage stats, etc.
