- System integration
• Direct integration with existing department sequencing instruments – MiSeq and NextSeq 2000 as well as other molecular lab instruments (ex. TECAN)
• Direct integration with Illumina bases pace cloud
• linking laboratory instruments, software, and applications into a single, streamlined workflow- must have the ability to directly integrate with existing department eLIMS (api access)
- Data integrity
• Automatic data captured from integrated instruments and applications
• Clinical laboratory improvement amendments (CLIA); lifecycle of data from creation to storage, processing, analysis, dissemination, and disposal.
• Generate sample sheets ready for Illumina MiSeq and Illumina NextSeq instruments
• Compliance features such as audit trails, role-based permissions, workflow enforcement, and electronic signatures.
