The Vendor is required to provide all-star talent's candidate tracking system, a customer relationship manager (CRM) software to be used by the city police department.
- All-star talent's candidate tracking system to be utilized as a law enforcement candidate management system on as an on-going service.
- 6 User licenses to include 3,000 text messages per month and unlimited emails.
- Additional text messages should not exceed $.02 per message.
