Landfill Grade and Compaction Control GPS System

The vendor is required to provide will supply, install hardware and software for the GPS system, and provide system training, and support for the GPS system.
- Supply and install complete survey-grade GPS equipment for main pieces of machinery:
• One landfill compactor - 2023 tana e380eco
• One dozer - 2023 Liebherr lr736
 - Provisional:
• supply and install wiring kit for backup machine to allow movement of the GPS Systems between machines.
• Consider the following options for GNSS corrections for the GNSS machines at the commission landfill:
o Commission and district regional waste management commission to provide NTRIP service using RTCM 3.0+ o respondent to provide option for permanently building mounted GNSS base station at site to support GNSS machines.
- GPS system specifications for the hardware and software:
• GPS unit accuracy of +/- 3cm or better
• Cellular connection
• Ability to store data if cellular connection can’t be made
• Ability to send data once cellular connection is re-established.
• Functionality to import new design surfaces
• Capable of monitoring and measuring compaction via pass counts or deflection
• Visual display of compaction in real time in both compactor and crawler loader

• The Javad delta receiver serves as the base station, transmitting an RTCM 3.0 data stream containing GPS and GLONASS constellation data.
