The vendor is required to provide to be integrated into the city learning management system (LMS), workday learning as part of the workday implementation process.

- Services include:
• Content catalog must consist of topics that reflect the work produced by our workforce and demonstrates an alignment with the city’s goals and business objectives.
• Course topics must include, but not limited to, business skills, compliance, cybersecurity, technology (i.e. Microsoft office applications), certifications, industry specific, leadership and management, general professional development, DE&I, and workplace safety.
• Provide a complete list of your course catalog.
• Must be searchable in a variety of ways.
• Content catalog should identify new, popular and featured content as applicable.
• Content should also be easily uploaded into city’s LMS (workday learning).
• Must be compatible with workday learning and support SCORM, XAPI, or AICC standards.
• Vendor should outline frequency of content updates to ensure relevance and commitment to keeping materials current.
• Outline ability to customize and/or personalize content, if any.
• Publishing/uploading content.
• Upload SCORM and AICC customer content without vendor assistance.
• Upload to a staging area before content goes live
- Client relationship management:
• Assigned customer account rep who works closely with the talent management team.
• The customer account rep will serve as the main point of contact to the talent management team.
• They will respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, handle concerns and complaints, provide up-to-date information on content, offer promotional materials that will encourage content consumption and positively impact utilization of content.
- ITS requirements
• Technical support - state-side call center available 0700hrs to 2100hrs.
• Upgrades and patches: must be transparent to the end user; performed by the company, to include all applicable testing; at no additional cost to the city.
• Data - all data is the property of the city; all data will be extracted and provided to the city upon the completion of this contract.
• Disaster recovery - provide a description of your disaster recovery plan in writing; must have recovery time of no more than four (4) hours; must have recovery point of zero (0) lost data; DRI certified personnel on you staff.
