The Vendor is required to provide for parking solutions consulting for the state convention center.
- Assessment of current company system
• System evaluation: conduct a comprehensive review of the existing company parking system, including hardware, software, and operational procedures
• Performance analysis: analyze the efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction of the current system
• Data collection: gather data on usage patterns, peak times, and revenue generation to understand the system's performance
- Interested party consultation
• Interviews and surveys: engage with various parties, including parking staff, management, and users, to gather feedback and identify pain points.
• Needs assessment: determine the specific needs and expectations of parties regarding the parking system
- Feasibility study for gateless parking system
• Technology review: evaluate various gateless parking technologies, such as license plate recognition (LPR) and automatic billing systems.
• Cost-benefit analysis: compare the costs, benefits, and potential roi of transitioning to a gateless parking system
• Infrastructure requirements: identify necessary infrastructure changes and upgrades to support the new system
- Recommendations for transition
• Implementation plan: develop a detailed plan for transitioning from the company system to a gateless parking system, including timelines and milestones
• System integration: provide recommendations for integrating the new system with existing infrastructure and software
• Training and support: outline training programs for staff and support mechanisms to ensure a smooth transition
- Parking upgrades
• Technology enhancements: recommend upgrades to parking technology, such as improved payment systems, real-time monitoring, and mobile app integration
• User experience improvements: propose enhancements to improve user experience related to the new gateless parking system, such as signage, lighting, and accessibility.
