Asset Management Software System

The vendor is required to provide for delivering an asset management software system that enables comprehensive management of infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Core functionalities must include planning, procurement, operation, maintenance, rehabilitation, replacement, and disposal of assets.
- Asset data migration and validation
• Transfer all current assets from schedule a & b into the new software platform.
• Proponents must submit a data validation process to confirm all assets have been successfully and accurately transferred.
• Only proponents that demonstrate a clear and effective data validation method will be considered.
- System configuration and implementation
• Deliver a fully operational system that enables real-time infrastructure management, supports GIS integration, mobile offline use, maintenance logging, and basic financial reporting.
• The system must be intuitive for both field and administrative users and provide standardized asset reports.
- Training and documentation
• System login and installation
• Navigation and interface customization
• Logging and editing asset data
• Exporting reports and datasets
• Using the software in online and offline modes
• Backup, save, and retrieval procedures
• Demonstration of field data entry (largest component, focusing on culverts)
• Sample reporting workflows
• Common troubleshooting and FAQs
