- State health registration process and the issuance of birth, stillbirth, marriage, death and genealogy certificates.
- CxEngage call recording systems are required by agency to support effective communication monitoring, and quality assurance.
- These systems provide reliable, secure, and scalable call recording capabilities, enabling agency to review interactions for training, dispute resolution, and audit purposes, thereby enhancing service delivery and accountability in healthcare operations.
