The vendor is required to provide for consulting, software acquisition, data migration, project planning and project implementation services.
- The tools needed in the administration of restitution including tracking funding, restitution balances, encumbering payments made for restitution, and reporting balances available for restitution.
- The solution(s) must encompass tools, licensing, integration, and data transfer needed in the administration of restitution including tracking restitution balances, encumbering payments made for restitution, and reporting balances available for restitution.
- The implementation phase will include data migration from current systems, including QuickBooks and excel spreadsheets, along with setup and customization of the new solution(s), and provide time for iterative feedback and enhancements.
- Business requirements
1. Data entry and management
• Case information: input essential case details such as case name, matrix compliance matter #, and settlement and order information
• Contact information: payor and payor’s attorney details
• Settlement details: link to the settlement and order document, and track payment parties (including multiple payees) and total and remaining balances.
2. Customizable payment plans
• Create and manage customizable payment plans, with the ability to generate payment invoices and track historical and future data
• Ensure record versioning for complete visibility and tracking of changes to the data
3. Advanced tracking and reports
• Ability to track and update orders when conditions are met
• Automated notices: option to automate late payment notifications via email or us mail for individual accounts.
