• As the primary user group, marketing and communications asks proponents to propose case studies, examples and recommendations on system governance, role-based access, integration of templates and other work supports, and any other functions that ensure efficient content management and system oversight to free up capacity and resources across the organization.
2. Available data and impact analysis:
• Proponents must detail available impact measurement and other valuable indicators derived from location, interaction and impact, and reference where and how that information may be used by other areas of the business to enable further data-driven decision making.
3. Customization, training, support and service level agreements (SLA):
• Vendors must conduct an initial investigation into optimal placement and size of digital displays, and provide customized training tailored to university operational needs, and offer ongoing training opportunities.
• The vendor must also provide comprehensive training for the university marcom team on end-to-end system set-up, operation and troubleshooting.
• Proponents should be able to provide ongoing user-facing technical support (24x7x365) support with a stated maximum response time.

• Optimal screen quantity, placement, and dimensions for an end-to-end network
• Proprietary and non-proprietary components of the system and network for software and hardware

• Optimal display technology (both indoor and outdoor)
• Integration and compatibility with current and future university systems
• Network optimization, connectivity (wi-fi, ethernet) and bandwidth requirements to ensure
• Easy, out-of-the-box user experience (both back end and front end).
2. Cybersecurity and privacy compliance:
• The solution must adhere to industry-leading security measures, including data encryption, user authentication, secure transmission protocols and relevant regulatory requirements.
3. Deployment strategy:
• Available options and packages
• Levels or tiered service
• People-focused and technology-focused deployment and roll-out plan
• Options for scaling the system (with the provision of future system evolution where possible)
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and university long-term needs
• Demonstrate compatibility with university existing infrastructure.

• Proponents must provide a project plan for implementation services, i.e., professional services for physical install, architecture and initial deployment, testing, and customization, including any migration from the legacy system, with minimal downtime.
