The vendor is required to provide a commercial off-the-shelf (cots), configurable, vendor-hosted academic and career planning (ACP) software that is web-based and accessible to all students in grades 6-12 enrolled in a school and intends to use the results of this process.

- Educators upload information into the software.
- Identify the third-party plug-ins necessary for the software solution to function, such as sis, common app, and google.
- Focus on application development, security measures, updates, vulnerability assessments, threat detection, and improvement strategies.
