Resident Management Platform

The vendor is required to provide an online resident management platform which allows customized applications, credit card processing integration, online resident forms, event registration; as well as a web-based system which allows process workflow, custom reports and statistics, communication tool for applicants and admissions team.
• The software must integrate with PeopleSoft to import student information as well as exchange student financial information back and forth between multiple systems
• The software must have a user-friendly, intuitive interface that does not require the user to have significant platform-specific expertise.
• The vendor must provide dedicated technical analyst and system training.
• The software must fully integrate with agency sis.
• The software must provide a cloud-based system that allows staff to:
o Offer out rooms for students and guests either manually or by an auto allocation system
o Create students and guests either manually or automatically through integration to PeopleSoft
o Keep track of reporting through dashboards
o Make reports very easy to create and understand
o Create and send communication
o Keep track of resources that are rented or borrowed by residents and guests
o Keep easy track of waitlists
o Create surveys to send to residents and tracks the replies
o Allow housekeeping to set up for cleaning on check-out and scheduled cleaning
o Give allow easy access to change and add rooms and buildings to the system
• The software must provide an online portal which allows residents and guests:
o The ability to apply to residence
o the ability to select rooms, create roommate groups, select roommates, communicate with potential roommates and complete roommate agreements
o The ability to select move-in times
o The ability to select a meal plan and sign an online residence agreement
o The ability to sign up for and pay for events
o The ability to read all communications that have been sent
o The ability for residents to change their own rooms and fill out online forms.
• The software must provide a short-term guest portal which allows guests to select rooms for group bookings, accept payment for individual/group bookings and payments for event charges
• The software must safeguard customer data with secure access controls.
• The vendor must provide software maintenance and technical support; regular updates and on-going innovation.
• The software must provide Moneris compatible PCI compliant integration of credit card payment service.
