The Vendor is required to provide aerial imagery software to enhance and streamline various aspects of property analysis, management, and development, as well as a wide range of operational and enforcement tasks.
- This system will provide more accurate, timely, and actionable insights for IT and Public Works officials.
- IT stakeholders are interested in reevaluating the market and compare any new AI-driven functionalities or resolution packages, and utilize AI to help with building footprints and machine learning endeavors.
- Resolution for aerial images to be 3 inch or better per pixel and offline downloads to be georeferenced and reach outside the 46sq miles of city limits, handling a range of 360sq miles to include neighboring cities, airports, etc.
- Images to be updated annually (or better) and be accessible through a cloud native software platform, all while being accessible via API into existing ESRI instance (ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and ArcGIS Online).
- They would also like to maintain the freedom to run their own machine learning tools against the obtained images, continually training their own innovative AI models.
- Partner's solution would offer native AI-driven object classification to support identifying trees, buildings, solar panels, etc.
