The Vendor is required to provide information from enterprise resource planning (ERP) vendors and ERP implementers as it prepares to replace its existing ERP solution.

• Communicate our interest in procuring an integrated based ERP Solution in the near future and a competitive procurement process in around Q3 to Q4 of 2025.
• Help our team understand current capabilities of ERP solutions for municipalities.
• Help our team understand recommended ERP implementation and integration and data migration approaches to guide project planning.
• Obtain guidance on available support structures to ensure sufficient resources and requirements are accounted for as part of implementation
• Help our team in exploring approaches to implementing an ERP solution for the Township.
• Help our team gain insights into the benefits, limitations, and risks associated with a single shared ERP solution, particularly in terms of autonomy, licensing, customization, and governance.
• Gather insights for our future procurement process.
