The vendor is required to provide internet and telephone voting system services for use in the 2026 municipal election in accordance with the state.

• System features and specifications
• Explanation of how electronic, internet, and telephone is integrated into the system.
• Demonstration that the solution complies with all legislation of the state.
• Demonstration of vendor’s understanding of legal issues regarding the electronic storage of information.
• Detailed outline of the system’s security features which can be audited by a third party for legitimacy. in addition, it must also list and explain emergency safety features of the voting system (i.e., dealing with a Power outage, interruption to internet connectivity, etc.)
• The ability to electronically identify supporters and access to statistics about their campaign before and during the voting period.
• Information on touch screen voting terminals, internet voting solutions, and telephone voting solutions and their respective cost clearly shown in the offer.
• Specified date and time that the proponent would be available to conduct a public information meeting for electors on how the internet and telephone voting system operates, safety measures in place and tabulating methods to ensure electors’ concerns about security/hacking are addressed and resolved.
