The Vendor is required to provide real-time customer feedback solutions by configuring and deploying surveys via QR codes or via provided tablets at designated airport locations.
- Services include customizable survey design, data collection (online and offline), multi-language support, real-time alerts for negative feedback, secure data storage, and comprehensive reporting and analytics through a centralized dashboard.
- Deployment of Feedback Solution The term of the contract is expected to start on or about August 1, 2025
• Vendor to work with department stakeholders to identify airport terminal locations suitable for the collection of customer feedback
• At locations that are unsuitable for tablets/kiosks, a QR code (or similar) technology shall be put in place. Vendor will design QR code and associated signage where applicable.
- Survey Customization and Localization
• Development and configuration of tailored surveys, reflecting key airport service metrics.
• Draft survey content must be reviewed and approved by the department prior to deployment.
- System Configuration and Integration
• Set-up of a secure dashboard for designated airport personnel, including user roles, real-time alerting protocols, and data export features.
• Integration with internal communication or incident response systems, when applicable.
