The Vendor is required to provide to better understand the current enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions market landscape, features, deployment models, implementation methodologies, and estimated costs.
- The County currently utilizes a legacy system for core business operations, including:

• Asset and Inventory Management
• Grant Management
• Utility Billing
• Permitting and Licensing
- Provide a modern, integrated ERP system that will improve efficiency, transparency, reporting, and user experience across departments.
- Detailed descriptions of core modules:
• General Ledger, AP/AR, Purchasing
• Budgeting, including dashboards and reporting
• HR, Timekeeping Integration (county currently is using agency)
• Payroll (county currently is using agency)
• Asset Management, Inventory
• Project and Grant Accounting
• Property Tax Billing and Collection
• Personal Property, Oil & Gas Valuation
• Property Ads and Abatements
• Register of Deeds Records Management
• Reporting and analytics
- Workflow automation and business process management features
- Mobile and self-service capabilities
- Available modules or integration options supporting operational and asset management needs for Public Works, Road & Bridge, and Solid Waste departments, including but not limited to:
• Work order management
• GIS integration for infrastructure and asset mapping
• Project tracking and reporting
• Service request workflows (internal and citizen-facing)
• Fleet and equipment usage tracking
• Maintenance scheduling
• Solid waste billing (if applicable)
• Regulatory and landfill/recycling reporting.
