The vendor is required to provide a public library materials management software that can analyze library circulation data to produce reports and activities to develop and manage library collections more efficiently.
- Integrated library system (ILS) to provide reports that help the system improve circulation, manage its budget and reduce potential waste of resources.
- Complete and return attached minimum requirements document to be eligible to move forward to next rounds.
• Maximum score for round 1 is 48 points
• Minimum score for round 1 is 40 points.
