The Vendor is required to provide to build and launch an enterprise driveway access permit system.

- Manage the development and implementation of work by ensuring that all phases of the project plan and schedule are accomplished without significant delays, problems, or re-work.
- Provide all necessary and associated services, labor, materials, software, and equipment to deliver and support the solution in accordance with requirements specified herein and the resulting contract.
- Utilize employees that have experience in working in a cooperative team environment.
- Maintenance agreement which includes a planned maintenance, upgrades, fixes, and data management strategy.
- Status report will provide explanation for tasks that are behind or failed to meet the schedule and provide a plan in having task completed or back on track.
- Review, at a high level, the key future business processes and how they will take advantage of the solution’s modules.
- Include a detailed schedule including all related activities, key milestones, and deliverables.
- Outline procedures to be followed during the installation, configuration, and deployment.
- Identify key issues that need to be addressed during the installation.
- Timeframes for resolution, responsible parties, and specific steps to be taken on issues or disputes arising during the implementation process, including approval and escalation procedures.
- A change control plan that includes change identification, tracking, and change management processes.
- Identification of responsible parties to approve all changes.
- Change management reporting that includes software output, milestone charts, and resource usage.
- Timeframes for resolution, responsible parties, and specific steps to be taken on issues or disputes arising during the implementation process, including approval and escalation procedures. - Create, administer, and analyze the Change Readiness and Risk Assessment to evaluate the change readiness of the project team, sponsor, and end-users.
- Present outcome to project team.
- Use readiness plan to develop communication and Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans.
- Create, administer, and analyze the Stakeholder (End-User) Assessment to evaluate and to plan changes affecting stakeholders (end-users).
- Present outcome to project team.
- Use these results to develop communication and OCM plans.
- Develop detailed communication plan and associated deliverables to include but not limited to targeted and broad communications.
- Examples include FAQ, branding, graphics, videos, eblasts, SharePoint site for end-users, demonstrations, meeting presentations, newsletters, etc.
