The vendor is required to provide for a solution with capabilities to supply, implement, maintain and support a learning experience platform (LXP).
• Leverage the LXP’s capabilities to include core learning management system (LMS) functions, creating a unified platform for both learning delivery and experience;
• Enable personalized learning experiences by using generative AI to create curated, self-directed learning pathways tailored to individual career goals, skills, and capabilities;
• Include AI agents or virtual learning assistants to support learners by answering questions, providing relevant content, and guiding users;
• Support internal talent growth and retention by:
o Evaluating employee skills and capabilities through assessments to identify development gaps and match individuals to suitable roles; and
o Providing opportunities for internal mobility, mentorship (one-on-one, group), and digital coaching.
• Provide access to industry-leading external content and learning activities, including credentials, badges and certifications;
• Support strategic workforce planning by equipping HR functions with tools to assess current workforce capabilities, anticipate future talent needs, and integrate labor market insights, succession planning, and performance development strategies; and
• Enable robust data analytics and reporting, including mandatory, recommended, and optional learning activities, through dynamic and integrated reporting tools.
