The vendor is required to provide learning management system (LMS) to deliver interactive, engaging, and customizable training solutions for community-based nonprofit organizations and healthcare professionals.
• Enhanced training accessibility through a user-friendly, multi-modal responsive platform
• Providing dynamic and relevant content to support capacity building for public health, healthcare providers, and nonprofit sectors
• Streamlining compliance and certification tracking (e.g., health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPAA) and family educational rights and privacy act (FERPA) for seamless program management
• Fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing through engaging, interactive features (e.g., quizzes, discussion forums, and participant progress analytics)
• Serving as a central hub for provider materials, resources, and tools shared by agency
- The LMS vendor must incorporate robust engagement features to maximize knowledge retention and program participation:
• Interactive learning tools: the selected vendor will offer a variety of learning tools that allow users to engage with training content in an interactive and effective manner.
• These include but are not limited to, qualitative knowledge checks, interactive scenario-based activities, and opportunities to practice the skills and concepts presented in the trainings.
• Communication features: the selected vendor must provide built-in communication features, such as sending automated reminders for upcoming trainings, completing evaluation surveys, finishing training modules, result notifications, and other relevant notifications.
• Accessibility considerations: the selected vendors must provide a range of accessibility features— both within the platform and embedded in the trainings content—, to support the diverse needs of users.
• Accessibility considerations should address the needs of individuals who are visually or hearing impaired, neurodivergent, and have cognitive, intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Participant tracking: the selected vendor must offer the following participant tracking features: below.
o Real-time monitoring: dashboard views of participant progress at the individual, cohort, and program levels.
o Comprehensive reporting: exportable reports detailing completion rates, assessments scores, knowledge metrics, and certification status.
