The Vendor is required to provide professional learning platform is to provide easily accessible, relevant, and timely training to educators and education leaders on successful practices that lead to acceleration of outcomes for the development of culturally competent educators in every classroom.
- Solution allows for lead admin users to control viewership/access to each course by region, district, school, current work assignment, current licensure, grade level, content area, or to a targeted list of individuals by creating a custom group. 
- Courses can also be open (i.e. available to all users statewide).
- Solution will contain training (or at least completion tracking for said training) on a high quality professional development matrix. 
- Users completing the training will receive upgraded permissions to evaluate potential coursework before it can be added to the platform.
- Solution will allow for lead admin users to share tasks/priorities with other lead admin users (i.e. shared visibility across all lead admin which demonstrates each task, deadline, and assigned lead admin users).
- Solution allows for admin users to tag courses with the appropriate metadata (such as grade level or content focus). 
- These elements and corresponding dropdown values can be customized by the user.
- Solution allows for instructors to tag courses with the appropriate metadata (such as learning modality, connection to a philosophy, author, research, or theme etc.).

- Solution will utilize a unique username and password for all users
- Solution will provide a "password reset" for all users
- Solution will include a help desk/support system (on-screen, email, and phone)
- Solution will include training modules for users to assist with general navigation and use
- Solution will have the capability to produce general and customized reports tied to permissions
- Solution will provide the ability for users to download reports and exports into standard sharing solutions (i.e. Microsoft and Adobe environments)
- Solution must allow for importing data using CSV or Excel files.
